Purchased by an affiliate of WREG in 2003, this property in the heart of the Warner Center was designed as spacious, architecturally pleasing towers hosting more than 700 residential units. Just over 300 units would be dedicated to comfortable active senior housing with the remaining 400 units open for mixed family residential living.
In 2012 WREG divided the fully entitled lots and sold them individually to separate developers for them to construct. The first of the two developments has now been fully constructed and resold for over $160m while the second parcel is currently under construction and on its way to following in its predecessor’s footsteps.
