Completed in 2006, this 24-story luxury high rise, conceptualized by WREG and designed by Nadel Architects, raised the bar set by WREG’s 2001 luxury condominium project on the Wilshire Corridor, the Venezia. Its simple geometric aesthetic of rising vertical crenellations is reminiscent of the streamlined grace of the 1920’s and 1930’s.
The stunning building holds 85 exquisite condominium units with floor plans ranging from 2,600 square feet to the 8,000 square foot penthouse with double height ceilings and dramatic city views.
This project quickly became Los Angeles’ most successful condominium development, selling out with record time and prices.
