The property is 10 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport and sits on an unparalleled 24-acre parcel, one of the last remaining private coves within Rancho Mirage. The resort, spa and fitness facilities are organized as a campus of buildings rather than as a centralized resort, creating a feeling of complete privacy and serenity. The campus will provide a total of 135 keys for the resort comprised of 99 standard rooms, twenty deluxe suites, eight tent suites, five executive spa suites, two 1,400 square foot specialty suites and one 2,000 square foot presidential suite, all with their own private gardens and outdoor showers.
